A38 Meet and Greet Reviews

This is the best airport car service we have ever used. They do exactly what they say on their website. Being able to drop your car directly outside the airport and then having it bought back to you upon your arrival is amazing. They are so quick to bring your car to you so you don’t wait around for too long. I would recommend this service to anyone. I will be using this service again.

Good drop off servíce and arrived promptly on our return. Friendly staff. Car looked like it had just completed the Dakar Rally as it was absolutely plastered in dust ………

Great apart from the fact we were unaware that we had to leave the exit parking fee with the guy which was included with previous P& G and the car was very dusty on our return after 17 days, so not sure where it had been parked.

Very prompt on pick up and return will use again and recommend to friends.

We had to wait 5-10 minutes for A38 Meet & Greet representative to arrive despite calling 20 minutes in advance as advised. That was frustrating but could live with that as we had enough time to allow for check in etc. Upon our return we had to wait more than 45 minutes after calling to be reunited with our car despite being told it would be 10 minutes - that was far from ideal at 1am! Very disappointing service and wont be using A38 Meet and Greet again.

Generally a good service. Friendly people. Only slight downside is with other companies used for this service the driver was always there to collect the car as we arrived, and just waited 2-3 minutes for car to be returned on arrival back at the airport. We confirmed, as requested when we were 20 minutes away, but still had to wait another 10 minutes after arriving at the airport to be met. On returning, the delay was 20 minutes after we called to confirm we were in the car park. Not the end of the world, and weather was good, so not a major issue, but would not want to be hanging around like that in poor conditions. Otherwise, a good service, and will certainly use again.

I’ve used these guys several times and the service has been great.
