A38 Meet and Greet Reviews

Did exactly what they promised. We phoned and they were there to greet us, on time, both departing the airport and arriving back. Polite and good value too - and my car had only done 5 miles !

Rather a long delay for the car to be returned to the airport parking area. On phoning, it was indicated that there were three cars to be delivered before mine.. not what I woud have expected.

Dropping my car off was nice and easy, but getting it back was a nightmare. It's supposed to be a swift exchange but they don't seem to have enough staff working at nights. Waited over 40 minutes for my car to be dropped off on return, with 2 cold young children. After waiting for the 40 minutes I called them for an update only to find out my car was at the drop off waiting. It would have been nice for them to call me.

All worked well and a good price.
