Great service.

Waited twenty mins for the driver to collect the car, but really efficient coming back. Only had a £10.00 note for exit fee, driver said he'd leave the £5 change in the well on the return ......?!!

I don’t often review but wanted to on this occasion because I was a bit concerned about leaving my car as a single person travelling alone. The booking, meet and greet and collection was perfect, well handled and timely. Very good customer service and helpful. I recommend this service and will use every time I travel in future. Thank you Park & Go.

Superb service, met at the car park in good time and car returned in good time dispite traffic jams. I can't believe I haven't used this service before, will definitely not go back to regular parking. Thank you!

Good service. All staff very polite, and both pick up/drop off were smooth with minimal waiting. Company uses the very busy pickup/drop off area. Personally I prefer the short stay drop off; it’s far less crowded and same distance from terminal🤷🏼 Great service, though. Will book again 👌

Booked via the Park and Go website we always use thinking A38 were linked to our usual collection team but the initial experience with this company was a complete disaster. 15 minutes from the airport in the early hours and the phone number used was never answered!! The second number given would not connect? After more than 12 attempts I rang the usual P&G number which was answered immediately and although they were fully booked they helped direct me to the Airport Tavern where A38 operates from. “The phone “ I was told apparently had been left in the footwell of another customer’s car causing all this stress for us knowing how busy Bristol Airport always is. Redeemed themselves a little by being on time returning our car after we landed.

Drop off and collection went smoothly, I would use again. Only negative car was very dirty when returned.

Drop off was fine, very quick… but picking the car back up at 12.30am with two kids in the cold… wasn’t good. We have to wait nearly an hour for our car to come back. We rang then when we landed and he said to ring back when we’re outside. Which we did and had to wait an hour. If he came when we rang when we landed then we wouldn’t of had to wait. Disappointed as we had 2 little kids.

I was a bit apprehensive, but it worked fine. We had a bit of a wait on arrival, but probably only 10 minutes or so, and they arrived promptly on our return, even though it was in the early hours.
