A38 Meet and Greet Reviews

Drop off was perfect, unfortunately the collection was not quite so simple, I called as instructed and was told it would be 10 minutes, after 25 minutes I called again and was told there had been a shift change and my request for the car had not been pasted on. When the driver arrived, he was very apologetic. I understand these things happen, but when travelling alone and arriving back at night you don’t want to have to chase them up.

I use this service about 4 times a year and it never disappoints.

Waited 35 minutes at 01.30 for pick up as only one person working.

Prompt service, polite fellas collected and returned my car. We will definitely book with A38 Meet and Greet, Bristol again. Thanks.

Great experience however the pickup was ten minutes or so after we were told so no big deal but middle of the night and cold!

Very good service, met at airport on arrival. Had to wait about 15 minutes on return back at Bristol but I think that was more down to the person in front of us taking a while to collect their car! Would definitely recommend and use again, Thank you!

Professional & quick service.

Very easy to liaise with. Excellent service all round. I did have to chase up on the return as when I landed I sent a text to say we’d be out around 2am but it appears that didn’t trigger through until I called, meaning another 30 minutes cold wait at 2am with 3x children. But it does say to call so maybe if I had (rather than text) maybe it would have been seamless. Very polite chaps, the guy did apologise for the wait. I would definitely recommend and use again personally. Thank you.
