A38 Meet and Greet Reviews

Everything was excellent with the staff and the service provided. My only issue was my own mistake, I gave my time of arrival at the time of booking, and I arrived at the expected time. Nobody was there from meet and greet. I hadn't read the small print and needed to phone 20 minutes before arrival to confirm. I don't know how you would know you are 20 minutes from arrival, and I don't think it's convenient to be phoning from the M49, so not a great system in my opinion, but it's what's in place and you need to use it!

Realy good service except for two small hiccups . The first being that our car wasn’t available for twenty minutes instead of the five that we were told and the second was that the driver who delivered the car virtually dumped the key in my hand and sped off because he said that he had to catch his lift . These are however, small problems and we would definitely use your company again in the future .

Really easy service to use and the best value for money. Dropped the car off right by main terminal which his so convenient. On the way back, landed, went through airport checks then rang the number on the card we were given. Five minutes cars dropped of at your feet. Highly recommend 😃😃

Our car was collected as we arrived and then on our return the driver was there within minutes of me calling to say we had arrived. Would definitely use A38 Meet and Greet again.

I have used A38 a few times now over the years and I can honestly say superb service, very friendly polite and professional, when you phone them to meet you they are there waiting and always have £5 ready for car to exit the arrivals parking. So I 100% recommend A38.
