A38 Meet and Greet Reviews

Overall the service was very good. However, the “meet and greet” aspect is a little misleading. On arrival at the car park at Bristol we had to wait approximately 10 minutes, and on our return we had to wait again for approximately 15 minutes for our car to be brought to the car park. This was of no great significance and I would definitely use the service again, however, “meet and greet” was not quite what I was expecting.

Used twice in 4 weeks totally reliable polite and helpful even with the unexpected traffic hold up getting to the airport and the two hour delay coming back. Thank you for your patience.

I would highly recommend this company. I used the meet and greet service. This was quick, the lady was waiting at the drop off for me. On return I had a delayed flight, A38 Meet and greet were very understanding and kept my car for a further 2 hours without any extra charges. Quick, reliable & lovely people. Prices are also very good.

Excellent service. When booking a meet and greet service online you are faced with so many options it is hard to know who to trust. For a trip from Bristol we opted for these guys, on both drop off and collection they were on time, polite and efficient. Our return flight was delayed by nearly two hours but when I called at 1.30am it was no problem and the car was there within 10 minutes. Very impressed and would definitely recommend A38 Meet and Greet.

Easy to access the Meet and greet area. Polite, efficient handover. A bit of a wait for car to be returned.Approximately 20 minutes. Overall good value for money. Will use again.

Excellent service. The team answered the mobile swiftly- they accommodated a slightly earlier drop off time and pick up. I will be using them again without a doubt.

Brilliant service. Was worried about leaving a 4 week old car at the airport so booked A38 Meet and Greet. Our arrival was a mad 4am but they were very accommodating. We were delayed 2.5 hours on our return & baggage another 1.5 hours so we were late calling A38 for our car but they were fine about it. Had confirmation within minutes after drop off that it was parked secure & had a short 10 minutes wait for its return. Couldn't fault A38 Meet and Greet at all. 🙂

Excellent service, (although a 10 minutes wait on return this time, usually under 5 minutes) I will be using again, drivers always helpful and polite and good value for the benefits of valet parking.

Excellent service. Very prompt collection on arrival at airport and car delivered back to us within a few minutes of our phone call on return home. Would definitely use again if flying from Bristol.
