The only thing I would say now is that if you go over that 10 minutes (£7.00) you are clobbered with more to pay to get out of the drop off, so you need to time the phone call right and get out as quick as you can !! Not always easy when it’s usually bedlam !!

Reviewed on 13th March 2025All ran well, phoned prior to arrival and car picked up as stated with a little wait due to very busy car park. Collection again spot on after a couple of minutes, again due to a very very busy airport site car park.

Reviewed on 9th March 2025Usually have a great service from this company and it really helps the journey. However, this time we had a wait of nearly an hour to collect our car on our return. It wasn’t the driver’s fault, he was left on his own doing four pick ups simultaneously. Writing this review for his benefit really. I hope the company can organise staff so one member isn’t left doing so much under stress. I was understanding but other customers might not be.
