A4 Meet and Greet Reviews

Although the service idea is a good one I will not choose this again because I found the person that I collected my car back from rude and aggressive and really quite unsettling. Being a woman on my own at 2am in the morning having somebody really wanting to argue with me and be unpleasant From the moment I spoke to him on the phone to collecting the car.and I hadn’t done anything wrong! I hadn’t done anything different to what was arranged, it really upset me. The guy just wanted to have a go at me.It’s really unsettling and I couldn’t shake it off for the hour journey home. A real bully.

After ringing 20 minutes before we arrived as instructed it went to answerphone so left a message then upon arrival at the drop of point I rung again still no answer eventually a rude gentleman turned up asking for proof of my phone calls! We have him £20 for the parking fee he said he would leave the change in the car but when we arrived back and received our car back there was no change.

I paid a total of £100 to have car covered in bird muck. I'll never use this company again it cost me a further £20 to have the car cleaned.

I waited for 1 hour and 55 minutes since I called the number I was given. the lady told me that there would be a wait of 30 minutes as the traffic was horrendous around the airport which I agreed. however I had to wait so long despite traffic was fine and I could see the same parking vehicles coming and going several times. I also saw the same driver coming with customers cars several times. while waiting in the rain and cold weather I was observing everything. finally when my car arrived I recognised the driver who told me that there was a mess up by your company as my car was not brought for delivery on that day hence they had to bring it from the main parking which was quite a distant away.

Used coffee cup in passenger side steering wheel sweaty and mucky footprints in drivers side. I wasn’t impressed by the arrogance of the guy who gave me my keys.

A4 Meet and Greet - Absolute nightmare, no answer on the telephone from the company, no one to meet us at the drop off zone. We had to pay for alternative parking incurring significant additional expense.

Bristol Airport - Very impolite telephone team and little customer service skills with drivers. Cheap so what did I expect.

We have used this company many many times and their service has been exemplary, unfortunately this time they took 40 minutes to deliver our car to us. Hopefully this was a one off!

Dropped my car off at Bristol airport and all went very smoothly - wish I could say same for the return .23rd Sept 2018 3.30 am I was unable to contact A4 phone number not available . I had my 76 yr mother and it was 4.45 before my car was returned and that was because I found them in express car park. Terrible experience .

Didn't answer the mobile number so had to park in the long stay car park instead. Normally fantastic but not this time !
