Here are my dealings with A4 , make your own minds up ! Never again for me ! Hi , I picked my car J8UXX red Scirocco up from your driver at Airport approx 16.00 today , and it wasn't until I got home I noticed this scuff on front passenger wing , I rang contact number on voucher straight away and they told me to send u photo of damage . It definitely wasn't like that when we dropped off on June 8th approx 5.15. Cheers Good morning We finished investigate this matter about your car and driver who dropped off to you washed dust off from your car before returning to you is more than sure that arch wasn't scuffed. We have been trading for many years in this business and we see every scratch and dent straight away both on arrival and when picking up to return. Occasionally we have a mishap in these case's the customer is informed on their return and we ask them to email 3 quotes upon receipt we pick the middle quote and Bac's the funds to them to have the repair work done. After studying your photo, on a scratch like that (if our fault) we would have used a colour T-cut then polished up and the owner would have been told and asked if they were happy with what we had done to put it right. In your case you have collected your car and driven it away, as previously mentioned our staff are sure that there was no damage so there is no saying as to when your car got scratched, on this basis we cannot hold ourselves responsible. Kind regards Hi , thanks for your investigation, which states your driver cleaned the dust off of my car before returning , this seems a little odd as the car was splattered with mud up both sides on pick up , ( which , once again wasn't on there when dropped off !)so he couldn't have wiped much off it . As for the damage , I categorically maintain this was not done by me , and feel pretty aggrieved that you think I'm trying to con you over such a thing! I have asked my friend , who has a paint repair shop , who has told me , he can repair for about £80, which I will get done this week. I will put a copy of my damage photo email and of your response on the review site that I have been asked to comment on . Regards

A JOKE, DID NOT TURN UP, SPOILT MY HOLIDAY, and why is 1 the minium points I am allowed to leave for this review, I was advised to ring 20 minutes before arrival so I could be met, i tried calling for a total of 90 minutes with no answer I waited in the correct place and no one came. I had to leave 2 pensioners and 2 kids under 8 at arrivals while I put my car in long stay parking, I managed to get checked in 65 minutes before my flight time which meant my family were sat apart, I then carried on calling and texting the mobile number given to me, 3 weeks later no one has called me back, I contacted park and go by email when I arrived on holiday and they refunded me and paid my long stay fee, the main office were great but I believe they are agents for some clown tinpot independent parking company, I travel a lot and use meet and greets at every airport these were garbage.

Refused to pick us up as we had give them a bad review last time due to the length of time to collect us. Used another service which proved to be ten times better. Would definitely not recommend A4 for my worst enemy!!
