We forgot to call 20 minutes before arrival at the airport for our departure, calling 5 minutes before we arrived. We were met as we arrived with a broad smile and a cheery 'No worries'. The £4 change that our pick up driver didn't have when we left (I'd forgotten about it by the time we arrived back) was presented to us on our return. Fabulous service as ever.

Reviewed on 2nd October 2024On return we were a family with 3 cars which we had all left with you but it seemed like it was a one man operation as the 1st car came quite quickly but the 2nd car was about 15 minutes driven by the same man who once he had handed over the keys ran off to get the 3rd car which then took another 15 minutes to arrive. So having to hang around for 30 minutes at midnight when you want to get on the road to get home isn’t ideal.Also we rang ahead to say we were close the person on the phone had no idea where the Fox and Goose pub was on the main road to the Airport. If you’re only leaving one car it’s fine but if you’re leaving multiple cars it’s not an ideal situation.
