Reviewed on 4th March 2018I have used Park and Go for many years now and have always found them excellent. After picking up my car 12 hours late after a cancelled flight I was very disappointed to be charged an extra five pounds. I got there as quick as I could after a nightmare journey from Paris on Eurostar.

Reviewed on 24th February 2018Great collection and drop off however I collected my car and drove home. When I checked it the following morning the front bumper is marked both sides, something parked too tight I would say.

Reviewed on 30th July 2017The administration was very good; easy to book, well priced and very easy to amend (we had a change of details). So the service by Park and Go would score 5. But I was very unimpressed by the driver who delivered my wife's car, driving in a manner that was frankly reckless. I would not recommend A4 Meet and Greet if that is the way in which they treat other people's cars.

Reviewed on 28th June 2017Used A4 on 2 other occasions and had issues with the pick up, it seems nothing has changed. I done my bit i.e. phoned 20 minutes from airport, the driver was not there (meet and greet!!!). When he turned up, 5 minutes late, he wanted £1 from me to get out the car park, and started arguing with me, I informed him of the procedure I followed, and that I had a flight to catch and had no time to argue with him about a £1. On return they were not there to meet either but turned up 10 minutes late.(meet and greet!!!!). Extremely unlikely I'll use this outfit again.

Reviewed on 21st June 2016All fine for drop off but on return at 4.30am was told car would be there in 5 minutes but took nearly 25 minutes and had to chase. Won't use again.

Reviewed on 22nd March 2016When we arrived at the airport after calling ahead the 25 minutes as advised we ended up waiting 45 minutes for somebody to collect the car. During this time called the number stated a number of times but was no reply. The guy was apologetic when he finally turned up but was stressful as we had to check in. Upon arrival home, it was a different story. Called the number was answered straight away and the car arrived a few minutes later. Would have given a better rating if the service was as good when they collected the car.

Reviewed on 4th October 2015Getting someone to answer the phone number was a disaster. We arrived at airport in plenty of time, but no-one answered the phone to come and collect our car. We were just about to give up and pay a fortune to park when they answered the phone, still took over 1/2 hour to collect our car. It was the early hours of the morning by it was booked a month in advance. Coming back from our holiday was better service and car was ready for us, hence why we only gave a 3 rating. Saying all this, we would use them again.

Reviewed on 24th August 2015The collection was ok, but the pick-up was poor, I phoned from baggage collection, and went to the pick up point, waited, no car, I eventually walked around the parking areas and found the car, checked it and the guy gave me a pound, we had to pay £3.10 to leave as the guy must have been there for ages, why did he or someone not phone me?
