Reviewed on 10th October 2023Although the service idea is a good one I will not choose this again because I found the person that I collected my car back from rude and aggressive and really quite unsettling. Being a woman on my own at 2am in the morning having somebody really wanting to argue with me and be unpleasant From the moment I spoke to him on the phone to collecting the car.and I hadn’t done anything wrong! I hadn’t done anything different to what was arranged, it really upset me. The guy just wanted to have a go at me.It’s really unsettling and I couldn’t shake it off for the hour journey home. A real bully.
