Everything very good and easy, Only issue was the tightness of the parking between the vehicles .Simply 10 -12 inc back and front is not sufficient for one person trying to depart alone and ensure you do not damage either vehicle.

Excellent parking system in place on arrival. Only problem on our return was we had to wait 40 minutes for pick up on return. I know it was peak time with 20 plus planes landing in 90 minutes. Others didn't get on the minibus and were told it's going to be quicker to walk.

Good locality to Bristol Airport. Cars parked safely. Mini buses/mini vans run pretty regularly. Only thing is they don't take your name when you phone through to be picked up on return. You call & they come & get you. Sometimes other people arrive after you, without calling & muscle their way onto the bus leaving you waiting for the next one. This is annoying. However the buses do a quick turn around & are usually back at the airport within 15 minutes.

Arrived, left my keys in the office, took us straight away to Bristol Airport. On return, the bus was so full we had a wait of 40 minutes to be picked up , but not complaining we got our car very quickly and off we went.

Very efficient service, which works well. My only criticism would be that the parking surface is in a rough condition, difficult to pull suitcases over it.

Returning customer. Friendly and efficient service, as always, at a very reasonable cost.

Good service, quick, easy and friendly. The only negative is that there's no undercover area to wait for the minibus when it's raining.

Fabulous service. Could do with some sort of cover for waiting passenger in inclement weather.

Great service but a sheltered area to wait when raining would be beneficial.
