Oakwood Parking Reviews

I always park with Oakwood , they are good prices good service Very close to Bristol Airport and friendly people! If you do get delayed it’s never a problem and there’s no barriers etc to open, you just drive in and talk to real human beings ! Only thing I can criticise is when they move your car around for some reason they always seem to mess about with the car radio That may seem petty but it takes me an age to find the station I like and there’s no reason for them to do that.

Everything was good apart from when we went to pick it up , the lady said it’s on the right hand side of the parking area, but it was on the left and we had to check nearly every car in the park before we found it . We weren’t the only ones another gentleman was doing the same thing. There was a lot of cars to check through.

Good facility with competitive prices, frequent shuttle and helpful staff.

I've used you several times without any concerns. Prompt transfer to and from the airport. Could do with a bit more lighting when leaving at night.

Spot on , did the job, very early 3AM collection . Helpful suggestion is to provide Tarmac or concrete area where customers and the minibuses pick up and drop off , because it’s murder dragging your cases across chippings and lumps . The area should be covered for lousy weather times . Creative thinking and design and moderate investment should crack it.

All very efficient and reasonably priced. Also close to Bristol Airport. The grit and stones don’t make pulling wheeled suitcases very easy but I guess it is cheaper than the on-site Silver Zone for a reason.

Lost a star due to a slight wait for pick up. It feels like there aren’t enough buses these days, is this because of popularity or the airport building works? Everything else is clockwork and even got told where my car was parked which is useful.

The parking was good and the minibus was very quick but the only thing was that the cars were very dusty. will use the parking again.

All good and efficient, have used many times and will continue to do so. Only downside is the condition of the parking area which when wet.

Easy to book, drop off & pickup quick & efficient. have used them 4 times in past 2 years. Only down side is the car is either covered in dust or mud depending on the weather.
