Have used many times. Easy to book on the website. Friendly service. Only one thing that could be better is that when arriving back to pick up the car, that it would be nearer the minibus drop off, and told where the car is. Have had to go search for our car around the car park.

Quick and easy to check in. Reliable service Good value for money. Could do with a covered area to wait in especially early morning in the rain.

Wasn’t sure having never used the service before; but it was a good price. The service was efficient. And was able to get too and from the airport more efficiently than using the designated ones that seem to be in never ending construction.

Great location near the airport & a seamless pick-up on our return. Will use next time we fly from Bristol.

Mostly okay, but car park muddy, car difficult to find on return & van driver was unfriendly.

No problems at all with Oakwood Parking. Drop of and collection from airport were quick with no delays. Only reason for a 4 star review was abrupt nature of the minibus drivers.

Oakwood provide a value for money service with a short transfer to the airport. The staff were mostly friendly and efficient. The vehicles and accommodation could do with upgrading ( for example, the toilet was not available as the floor had collapsed). Overall the service is to be recommended.
