I have used this company and car park many times in the past, and have always had a good experience, if I had to say something negative it would be that my car is always filthy, with dust from the uneven ground!!

first class service as always - still needs tarmacing.

Dropping off was okay. Picking up from the airport needs improving. No answer from the number you dial. When the van arrived, no first come first served, no assistance with the suitcases. The female driver leaving it to the passengers and wanted nothing to do with it.

All went very smoothly - check in, mini bus to and from the airport and check out. It would be good to have some toilet facilities for people who have travelled some distance.

Very efficient, very helpful with luggage and didn't have to wait long to be picked up. Simple to book on line. Have used Oakwood before and would definitely continue to use them.

Easy to book and good value parking. Great drop off process. Return transfer to Oakwood was a little stressful, waited 40 minutes and it appeared only one bus running which caused a bit of a frenzy to get a place on the bus without having to wait for it’s return as it had limited capacity I would say 12 seats. Would book again as overall great value but at busy times pick up delays could be an issue especially if you have children or have mobility issues. More buses to warrant the growth in the use of this parking site would definitely be advantageous.

Friendly efficient service. Very convenient to airport. Reasonably priced.
