Good prompt service, driver was polite and helpful. Would recommend Oakwood to friends and family.

I have used this car parking service twice now and have had a very good service and it's a convenient place to park. The only thing I would suggest is with the money they make from all cars parking there is to maybe Tarmac the front of the car park as on winters days very muddy and pot holes making soggy feet!!

On the whole parking and service to airport was good, had a problem when returning to car late at night, got keys found car only to find I was blocked in then had to go back to office to get car moved.

It is relatively a good price for parking right next to the airport. The drop off and pickup was frequent, fast and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Generally good, but some unpleasantness on the return journey with a chaotic rush by about 20 people for about 12 seats having already seen one bus leave with a group split up.

Very good, professionally well run outfit.

Pity that the pickup area gets so muddy when it has rained.

Excellent shuttle service to and from airport. No wait in either direction. But somewhat spoilt by kerfuffle over getting keys. There seemed to be no obvious filing system which resulted in quite a delay while to they hunted for mine and other keys. Not a big deal though.

Easy to book. All staff I spoke to were extremely helpful and friendly even at 1.30 in the morning! Quick drop off and pick up. Would definitely use again. Only reason I gave a 4 not a 5 was the muddy car park and old minibuses but that's why it's such good value and wont stop me coming back. Thank you.
