Overall everything was very quick and easy. The only complaint was how muddy the parking lot is.

Bus for departure certainly needed a litter picker before the next pick up!!! Overall, an excellent service. Value for money? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Good value, efficient pick up / drop off, close to airport.

Used this car park several times when flying from Bristol as it’s so close to the airport and a fraction of the price that the airport charges. To date I have had no issue with this car park, all staff are very friendly and very prompt at picking you up from the airport on return.

Everything went very smoothly, my only slight criticism would be finding your car in the dark was challenging with no instructions of where it was.

Ideally placed for airport parking at very reasonable prices - used whenever we fly from Bristol Airport.

Booking easy, quick and efficient. Easy and efficient system for parking and picking up car. Transport to and from car park to airport quick and efficient. Have used 4 times now and always been the same. Will continue to always use in the future if flying from Bristol.

Very good service, just needs to sort out how to be picked up a little better as it seems a bit of a free for all when on your return to Bristol.

Cheap and cheerful. Basically a field with a portacabin office. Was very muddy on return. Other than that it was fine.

I've used Oakwood numerous times and have never felt let down and always received a good service. This time, I drove straight into the parking and was immediately directed to a space (although previously I've just found a space and have no problem with that). Dropped my luggage at the minibus and went to reception to drop my keys off. All staff were friendly and helpful. Transfer to the airport was prompt - we left after 5 minutes of me arriving there. Dropped off at the short stay parking seamlessly! On returning, I phoned to let them know I was at the pick up point and had to wait just a few minutes before they turned up. Driver wasn't forthcoming in helping to load the cases on the back of the bus but another person helped me. Got back to Oakwood promptly and the driver did then unload the cases from the bus. I picked up my keys from reception - again, a very friendly lady there to hand them over. Seem to have a very efficient system going there still. Will definitely use Oakwood again and hope they keep their prices competitive.
