Double charged for parking but refunded 3 days later after I queried it. Walked to and from airport as the transfer took ages. Other than that distance from airport is the only plus.

Going was fine coming back awful only one van out loads of people waiting had about 15 people squeezed on minibus . The driver was so stressed it was very busy obviously people where annoyed and she was so angry this had happened but nothing she could do spoilt end of holiday I felt stressed when I got back to car. it was 1.30 in afternoon surely they know how people would be coming back on that Sunday as also end of half term.Will definitely think twice about booking again so glad didn't have disabled husband with me.

We waited for ages to be picked up at the airport. We were a family of 10 which included 4 small children and loads of luggage. Which meant that we could not rush to the pick up bus which stopped somewhere different every time. In which time people were jumping in front of us.

The ease of parking and transfer to/from the airport is faultless but each time I’ve used Oakwood I’ve come back to an extremely dirty car.

The car park is easy to find and the bus was ready to take us the short distance to the airport. Our return flight was delayed, so we did have to wait for the minibus to be collected. We were able to collect our car quickly, and leave promptly. However the car was covered in dust.

Leaving driver helpful funny and a pleasure great service, return driver barked orders at us all to hurry to load all our luggage ourselves, then never spoke again, drove like a lunatic, at the car park was shouting at the next people waiting to get out the way, rude, unhelpful and overall has made it so I won’t be using your services again

First driver was brilliant on return journey driver was rude ignorant and unhelpful will not use this service again

We recently returned from a week’s holiday and unfortunately the pick up wasn’t the best, having tried to call the office a number of times over a period of 45min but going straight to voicemail. When the bus finally arrived it was a free for all with people just getting on and taking up several seats just with hand luggage, no room for my wife, myself and our cases so had to wait for the next bus. This has been the worst experience having used this company a number of times and hopefully it was a one off.

The staff were rude and very abrupt, not customer service oriented if they’re not happy about doing the work they’re employed to do then find another job, however the transfers to and from the Airport was quick and seem less which is probably the most important thing.

Have used on several occasions but this time a bit disappointed that when being picked up they rammed as many people as they could in the mini bud and had people standing. On arrival to collect keys, car was hard to locate and had to wait for somebody to move a car in front.
