The parking and transit to/from the airport was fine and efficient. The actual car park itself was disgusting (muddy) and this has resulted with the inside of the car dirty which was unavoidable.

Very disappointed that we were left waiting at the airport for half an hour having been told, when we phoned, that we'd be picked up in 10 minutes. Next time we'll use one of the other parking firms that had 2 or 3 pick ups whilst we were waiting for Oakwood. Given it 3 stars because drop of was fine.

Our car had not been brought down from the compound. So we landed at 2am to hail stones and rain, and to had to wait nearly an hour to get our car, They were very helpful, and sorted the problem as fast as they could. First time any problems and use them a lot and will continue to use them.

Only good thing about the car park was the short distance to the airport. No help with putting luggage onto the minibus. On arrival back in Bristol Airport I called the office instead of the driver and was spoken to very rudely.

Easy and fast service especially on collection which was at midnight. Staff on arrival I found were rude and abrupt. No damages to car and car was turned around ready to drive off with ease.

Parked here a number of times and never had an issue. However on this occasion had to wait almost 30 minutes for the bus back from the airport and on return the car was parked a long way from the drop off point and in mud.

The staff were extremely professional but the field my car was parked in was covered in mud. It was all over my luggage wheels and shoes. Also it extremely dark they moved my car and it took me a while to find my vehicle.

Parking are like a mud bath, my car had nud all over and the inside carpets were muddy.

Just okay. When we arrived back our car hadn't been brought out and was still parked in a muddy field, boxed in by another vehicle. It was pitch black - we ended up with some mud on bottom of our cases and muddy shoes. The mini bus driver was good as gold though and promptly went to get keys for the other vehicle.
