Drop off was great. Pick up was a bit disappointing. Driver and phone operator answering pick up calls was rude.

It’s a very dirty car park as the gravel is black in most parts of the car park. There’s no protection put in to the car by the people how move your car while your on holiday. So not only is the outside filthy when you return but so is the inside drivers space. Transfer to the air port is ok.

We have used oakwood the last few times and been happy with the service however this time wasn't great. Going was fine. On return our flight had already been delayed by 1.5 hrs so we were on a timeline to get our car and go. As they only have 2 minibuses we had to wait a long time to get picked up, it was chaos and when the driver told us we would be quicker to walk the 15 minutes to get our car than wait for a lift, with all our luggage, thats not the service paid for. If Oakwood take as much work as they do, more transfer vehicles should be arranged, supply & demand to improve customer service.

I have used this car park 3 times at a good price. Staff are helpful and friendly. Only 1 problem never enough buses put on for transfers. We are always left in the rain / wind with no shelter queueing. I waited 30-40 minutes for a transfer to the airport at 2am in the morning in September. People sat on full loaded buses for 15 minutes when drivers just disappear. My car is always waiting at the top end of the car park, never any damage when I return from my holiday.

Very good price for parking and a short transfer to the airport, pick-up on return was faultless. My only criticism is that the entrance to the car park is very rough.

Prices are cheapest about and location is good, just had to wait about half an hour for the 3rd bus to be collected. Need more mini buses

Woman in car park when we dropped car off was extremely rude. Used you a few times and never experienced it before.

The car was safe and transfers went very smoothly thank you. Good value. Only thing was when picking up my car is was very muddy also muddy in the drivers footwell so guessing when you park on the hard car park, they then move it on to the field.

It was dissapointing to return on 17/08/23 1800ish and discover the young driver would not help load or unload our cases into the mini bus. This has never happened before as every driver has been excellent in their help. I hope appropriate action is taken before we return next year.

Once again I had to wait as my car was still in the compound. I changed the car details and flight details with the lady in the office when I arrived. But when I got back they said they had checked the flight and the checked the later flight, which is what I and changed with you to the earlier one.
