Reviewed on 14th September 2015Was rushed on to the bus on arrival even though the transfer bus was empty. Car mats were muddy on both driver and passenger side foot wells when we returned back so wasn't very happy about that! Will not be using this service again!!

Reviewed on 9th September 2015It was very muddy not clear where to park when arrived. No toilets. But they did pick us up very quickly late at night . Would not use again.

Reviewed on 5th September 2015Not what I was expecting very 'heath robinson'! Very chaotic. I didn't feel comfortable that my car was secure. The bus backed into some ones car when we arrived. Thank goodness not mine. Seatbelt on the bus to the airport didn't work.

Reviewed on 3rd September 2015Although very convenient for the airport and an excellent service provided The last twice I have used Oakwood - on my return the car has not been clean. On the last occasion-31/8/15 the car next to mine was parked so close I had to get in through the passenger door.

Reviewed on 3rd July 2015Not a real car park. Just a tiny area outside the b and b that the cars had all been crammed into. Trouble parking the car and getting it out again.

Reviewed on 28th June 2015Drop off and transfer to airport was excellent! Pick up and return to Oakwood was?? I called the driver she told me she would be 10 mins, she arrived at the car park in 10 mins but was one of the worst drivers I have seen!! she struggled to get through a gap between two parked cars although much larger mini buses had passed through without a problem, they had about 1.5 meters clear each side!! although I had been and spoken to the driver she just drove past us went around the car park then came back around in another 5 mins.we then had trouble getting our keys. Over 45 mins from phone call to car pick up!!!

Reviewed on 23rd April 2015Came back to my car being unlocked and the boot slightly open. The driver made a comment about not being able to wait in the parking bay for us but then waited for another couple to arrive!!
