Oakwood Parking Reviews

Although very convenient for the airport and an excellent service provided The last twice I have used Oakwood - on my return the car has not been clean. On the last occasion-31/8/15 the car next to mine was parked so close I had to get in through the passenger door.

Poor service from unprofessional staff.

Not very helpful or friendly staff - unprofessional at times!

Not a real car park. Just a tiny area outside the b and b that the cars had all been crammed into. Trouble parking the car and getting it out again.

Drop off and transfer to airport was excellent! Pick up and return to Oakwood was?? I called the driver she told me she would be 10 mins, she arrived at the car park in 10 mins but was one of the worst drivers I have seen!! she struggled to get through a gap between two parked cars although much larger mini buses had passed through without a problem, they had about 1.5 meters clear each side!! although I had been and spoken to the driver she just drove past us went around the car park then came back around in another 5 mins.we then had trouble getting our keys. Over 45 mins from phone call to car pick up!!!

Came back to my car being unlocked and the boot slightly open. The driver made a comment about not being able to wait in the parking bay for us but then waited for another couple to arrive!!

Very poorly signposted and lit. Car was parked in a bed of mud upon my return. Will never use them again

Arrival and transport to the airport was good. When we landed back in UK had to wait 30 minutes for the car to come and collect. I was very disappointed by this. The people were very nice but i expected better/quicker pickup time.

Efficient service but collected the car after dark and it appeared to have been kept in a swamp, absolutely covered in mud. The driver foot well also covered in mud. Will not use again for that reason.

On the outward journey I was more than happy a lady driver who was more than helpful, but on return journey the male driver did not help to pack or unpack any of the suitcases or bags hence the poor rating. I would expect a greeting and the bags packed into and out of the transport as a minimum.
