Drop to the airport was fine. The return pick up was a bit of a scramble for seats on the bus and when we got back to the car park where it had been raining it was very muddy like clay mud and full of deep puddles. Our suitcases were covered in mud and it wasn’t easy pulling them along back to the car.

On my return from holiday, it took me over 20 minutes to locate my car. I know the car park was full but l was directed to the wrong area first time and had to come back to the office to say l couldn't locate the car to be told it was on the opposite side of the lot. Then when l did find it with one of your colleagues, it was blocked in by another car so had to wait for the gentleman to collect the keys for the car blocking me so l could get out. Waited over 5 minutes for his return. This has happened to me before and is very frustrating after a long flight.

Although a very convenient area to park and a quick check in and out, I was very disappointed by the attitude and professionalism of the driver who conveyed us to the airport. On arrival he complained about the size of my family group of 6 adults and four children, expressed the need to inform him of it in advance, and barked instructions to let him know on our return. He complained that we should not have loaded our luggage before removing it and re loading. (Fair enough if its his role I thought) On our return I made contact as advised, he confirmed it was the same driver, on his arrival I handed each suitcase to him which he loaded without issue until he lifted a heavier case, then ranted about it not being his job. We could not win with this guy. Grumpy, beyond belief, no direction just a miserable kill joy, who needs to either get another job or a course in customer service.

Frankly, I have a love/hate relationship with this car park. The positive side is the proximity to the Terminal Building and the saving of the extortionate entry fee to the Drop Off Car Park. The negativity is the attitude displayed in the Office on check in and collection. Someone needs to remind them that customers are a necessary evil but shouIdn't be treated as such. I don't think they do nearly enough to make sure the cars are postioned in the best possible location, particularly if it's a late collection at nightime.

Parking was great, easy to find, easy to book in…transfer a little slow waiting while the driver chatted before leaving on the way there, but overall a good experience… However the driver on the return journey was vaping at the side of the road while we lifted our bags into the bus, very rude to both us and another set of passengers which for us let the overall experience down.

When we arrived back at Bristol we went to the pickup zone and had just missed the transport, so we waited in the queue for it to return, when it did it stopped at a different place as to we were waiting,the people in the queue behind us rushed to it and and once again we had to wait for it to return, this was very annoying as it was late and very cold, there needs to be an allocated place to queue so this does not happen to other passengers in the future.

Very well organised service, with efficient transfers to and from Bristol Airport. However, be prepared for your car being filthy when you get back to collect. The car park is generally unsurfaced and very dusty, so the parked cars get a good dose of this. In addition and more annoyingly, it was also covered in bird poo, which was thick and difficult to remove. As my car was very clean and shiny when it arrived, this was all the more obvious and disappointing.

We came back on a rainy and windy day. We waited at the airport for the minibus and on arrival none of the 2 staff came off to help the passengers with the luggage or at least to open the doors for us. There were 3 families all with small kids. At the site, again no help. All of the cars were parked far away and again, same 3 families with kids and suitcases had to wonder around the car park through the rain and wind to find their cars. Maybe on pick up, keep them closer to the drop off point. A little bit of consideration and empathy would have been much appreciated.

A pleasant and friendly service which we have used many times before. Disappointed with the long wait for 'pick-up' on our return. Telephoned from the pick-up point at 2220 hrs and again at 2245 hrs. The registration of the pick-up vehicle could be of help if given to customers to identify vehicle.

Used Oakwood many times and always been happy with the service, but won’t be using them again for winter sports holidays as I now have to walk to the terminal building with my snowboard bag, apparently not allowed on minibus anymore.
