I found the young lady quite abrupt when dropping off my car keys, not the friendliest approach.

The car park is ruff and ready with no shelter when raining. Have been using this car park for many years and will continue. Told off for calling the wrong number on return (used the one in my phone), no phone number on the paperwork sent when booked. All in all works well.

Unfortunately the weather did not help when we used your facilities. The condition of the surface where we parked was not the best !! And there was no details as and where to leave our car. Your drivers had difficulty in organising the placing of our luggage. The rain did not help 😩. Thanks for your receptionist help.

Overall the parking was easy with quick and easy transfer to and from airport. There could be more signs in and around car park for directions in and out and where to park on arrival.

On arriving into the car park looking for a space one of your drivers that moves the cars waving his hands around thinking he wanted me to go around him started shouting go into that space just because it was early in the morning don't need to get stroppy. What am I, a mind reader? But credit to your bus driver very pleasant thus 3 *.

I have used this company many times and also been very critical of their service attitude. However, on this particular occasion things were improved and Reception was better mannered and reasonably polite. Nevertheless, I would urge anyone to look at the Google reviews for a broad -based, accurate and consistent reaction to the service that has been historically delivered. The best thing to say is that the van transfer is very short and it saves £14 in the short-term car park if a concierge service is used.

Easy access. Staff very polite and efficient. Quick, easy transfer to and from the airport. My only negative was the poor surface of the car park (gravel), which made it very difficult for a single female traveller to manouvre her case around.

Drop off, brilliant. Pick up, good with the exception of a car parked in front which required removing before I could access my boot or pull away. My car was very dusty, which makes me wonder how carefully my car was driven especially as my dash-cam had been switch off. An explanation would be appreciated. This is why a gave 3 stars.

Drop off originally was handled brilliantly though the mini bus wasn’t loaded in a sensible way to allow usage of all seats (2 bike cases took aisle space). The pick up on return was disappointing as the collection from airport was not timely and the phone number was only providing an answer phone message which said someone would be there in a max of 15 minutes, sadly not the case. Once one of the group waiting for collection found a landline and managed to get through, we were picked up. Would still recommend as we’ve never had this experience previously.

Great drop off, had to wait a long time for pick up as too many people waiting and not enough buses.
