The drop off and bus journey to and from the airport are spot on. The only reason for three stars is for the second time in a row, on returning to collect our car, we had difficulty finding it and when we did it was blocked in by other cars. This meant going back to the office to ask if the cars could be moved before we can start our trip home. For some reason it looks like our car was not moved ready for collection, twice.

Service in the reception was very good. Car park or walkway needs resurfacing. always come away from the car park with muddy wheels and filthy soles of our feet

They were just okay. On arrival at 6am I waited almost 20 minutes to get a driver to take me to the airport. There was no one else to take but the driver just milled around waiting for god know what. The return was better, it was a wait of about 15 minutes for the van to arrive and pick up myself and other people from the same flight.

Now that there is a diversion/ traffic, they really need to have 2 vans going back and forth. A few days ago I just missed it and had to wait nearly half an hour.

Service both on entry and departure satisfactory. My only criticism is that not being given any indication where the car had been parked it took nearly 10 minutes to find the car in the declining light. In the past when i have parked at Oakwood the vehicle has always close to the pick up point which did not apply on this occasion. I am nearly 80 years old and had just been on a tiring 4.5 hour flight. Not satisfactory

Good and efficient as normal although this time for some reason my car was left blocked in and it took 20 minutes for the bus driver, as the only insured person able to move vehicles, to return from a pick up run. Normally that is not an issue but at 2am with a small child that was pretty annoying. Suggest you get more people insured to move a car 10 feet so those in a rush to leave can actually go. Surprised your system for moving incoming customers cars failed on this occasion, as I have used your service many time before and it has never been a problem.

Never had a problem always used Oakwood, we arrived back and was picked up promptly. Got our keys and to find that we blocked in by another vehicle. The lady giving the keys was not insured to move the vehicles so had to wait for the person driving the pick up van to return! Just not what you want after a day of travelling back!

I have used Oakwood Airport Parking a couple of times now, and overall its a good, convenient service. My only gripe this time when I used them a couple of weeks ago, is when I picked up my car, it looked like it had been in some rally car race. The outside and the driver side mats and door was covered in mud. Not happy :-(

I have used Oakwood Parking many times and the service they provide is excellent, we arrived home at 3am and were picked up within 5 minutes. The minibuses are a little shabby but that does not detract from the service as you are only on the minibus for a very short period of time. The only reason i have rated it 3 * is that on our return my partners car, had a dent in the door, we had a hire car as my partner had an rtc the week before, and he will now have to pay for the damage, it appears someone had opened their car door into his. I appreciate that the vehicles are left there at the owners risk but it was a bit frustrating. This however has not put me off using Oakwood Parking.
