Reviewed on 1st June 2019The driver was very helpful and a quick journey both to and from the airport, even when we were delayed returning by 10 hours. The driver was still there for us at 2am. I didn't like the driver seat being altered, the camera being disconnected and the wire pulled down and for dome reason the rear passenger lights were switched on. Overall good value but not quite sure what happened to car whilst it was parked.

Reviewed on 26th May 2019We chose Oakwood due to an excellent experience last time. This time we were disappointed on the return trip. 24th May Menorca flight. Arriving late 22.15 it took the driver best part of 30 minutes to collect. Not a great start to a long journey back home. Please sort it out. No criticism intended of the younger man who ran around and reassured guests on way out. 17th. 18.30.

Reviewed on 26th May 2019I have parked here many times and never had a problem. This time on our return, when we received the keys for our car and proceeded to drive off we then realised we had a flat tyre and no one had bothered to advise us and it was totally flat, we drove directly to a garage and had it replaced and it had been torn on something. So I am disappointed that no one told me as it would have been very obvious to whoever had moved it.

Reviewed on 25th May 2019Have used this site many times for Bristol Airport Parking as it’s very near the Airport so most convenient however the drivers have no manners do not wish the time of day ,throw the cases (that’s if they offer assistance which is rare) couldn’t care less attitude we know they have allocated times for pick ups but surely a smile and a few pleasantries would no go amiss.

Reviewed on 18th May 2019The service was good although we had to wait a long time to be collected from the airport and the person who answered our phone call mumbled, it was difficult to hear our instructions because of the noise. The minibus was dirty and no help was offered to help with our suitcases. On the whole not a bad service.

Reviewed on 18th May 2019I arrived at Oakwood parking what is quite easy to find drove into the small entrance what is a bit of guess when you get there as to were you are supposed to go to park up. Parked, got my bag out and dropped my key into there portacabin where there was people waiting for the minibus to the airport, we walked back over to the car park just a short walk away to were the minibus would leave from. The transit came in and passengers just made a undignified rush for it, there was no queuing order so had to rush for the second minibus ten minutes later. On arrival back we was lucky the minibus came in straight away.

Reviewed on 15th May 2019Car clean when I left on Friday 10th May, must have been moved through every puddle that was on the site. Not too happy when I got home and found a dent in the door as well. Didn't see it when I picked it up.

Reviewed on 12th May 2019Relatively straightforward, though 2 concerns: 1. the return driver was somewhat brusque when I asked how long before he arrived at the airport; 2. I was disappointed to find that my car had been left unlocked when I collected it.

Reviewed on 8th May 2019When we arrived back in Bristol Airport on Monday May 6th, Bank Holiday Monday, our pick up from the airport was chaos. We could not get in the first two mini buses as they were full. When the third one arrived, we put our luggage in the bag but other people jumped into the seats through the front doors. The driver told us to jump on, two of us had to share a seat and there was one person standing. It was totally disorganised, there were obviously too many people to pick up at the same time and not enough mini buses.

Reviewed on 6th May 2019Good check in and check out but waited 30 minutes for collection at airport and car was covered in dust from car park.
