Reviewed on 25th April 2019Bristol airport was so busy at 23.30 as there about ten aircraft arriving at the same time. This meant that the one mini bus used by Oakwood Parking was overwhelmed by returning passengers and so there was a rather long wait to get back to the car park. This has become so large that the service is spread rather thin.

Reviewed on 22nd April 2019Have parked here numerous of times and staff have always been helpful until the 20th of April our flight was delayed by half hour so when we arrived the mini bus driver was very rude on the phone and very angry when he came to pick us up as he noticed he had to do a few trips because there was so many people waiting. It was 12 midnight and that just added to the journey. I would rethink before booking this car park again.

Reviewed on 18th March 2019Booking process, transport to and from airport good and value compared to airport is good but whilst my car was parked my windscreen got cracked. I guess this may have been due to high winds causing something to hit the screen. I thought the management response was very unhelpful when I contacted them about it and all they would say is that it is clearly stated on their website that they don't accept liability. So be aware.

Reviewed on 10th March 2019Drop off and pick good but couldn’t find my car when got back at 11 pm in dark. Was told by driver our car was over there but couldn’t find car in dark muddy field, got plastered in mud. Not happy, only got manual key for our car so couldn’t use remote to find it, eventually my wife noticed it in tarmac park in front of office. If only the driver told us that when he dropped us off !

Reviewed on 5th March 2019It’s probably the cheapest place to park in Bristol and the shuttle service is great the only issue we find with the service is the inside of the car is covered in dirt and mud as they don’t cover the area while moving the cars. If they improve this area it would be a 5 star service.

Reviewed on 21st February 2019Great going out landed but return Monday 18th 10pm had to wait whilst bus to collect did 2 full trips before we could board. Had young children so maybe another van in these busy periods? Over hour from calling to car!!

Reviewed on 19th February 2019I was upset to find large dirty dog paw prints inside and outside drivers door window as if dog had jumped up to open window of door. Could not verify this as camera in car had been disconnected, not a thing a respectable company would not need to do and a very worrying discovery.

Reviewed on 4th February 2019Staff were pleasant enough. I had some concern about leaving keys with them. They told me that vehicle may have to be positioned with the car park. I took the mileage before leaving my car. When I returned to pick up it was in a different place near entrance to car park. I noticed the mileage had gone up by 4 miles. When I questioned this I was told that Oakwood has overflow parking on two other sites.
