On arrival driver was abrupt with my family (tall man, bald head) we then waited for 3 young men who had to remove their cases from the transport as they'd gone the wrong car park, as I left my daughters on the bus (19,16) I handed my keys in. On getting off at the airport, my daughters only then informed me that the driver swore out loud. My girls only told me after he'd driven away, as they know I would have had serious words. Never would I expect words to be used in this manner, in front of two young ladies. Very unprofessional. Sorry, although they got us there and back in great timing, swift and did the job... I will not be using a company that can openly use such disgusting words in front of adolescents.

Quick and easy ‘check in’ where our arrival times and flight numbers were checked. Arrived at 4am, the bus driver unnecessarily honked at another slow driver in the airport. When we came back to come home my car wasn’t ready because I had booked it for 00:00 which we were on time for but the man in reception said the system would add my car for the next day (if this is a know problem then surely they should be checking!) I asked why we had to give the flight number as they obviously weren’t checking times!! Didn’t have to wait too long for them to locate my car (probably 10 minutes) but not ideal for midnight. Will use again as cheap and convenient but be sure not to book the car for midnight and triple check with reception when you check in!

Used they're service 28.07.19 to 02.08.19. I've used Oakwood Parking for a number of years and always been 5 * service, friendly staff and always arrive for pick up with in 3 to 5 minutes after landing. The reason for a 3* this time is because I phone them and driver said he is in terminal and be there for 2 minutes and he is going, we was walking down the tunnel towards where he was waiting and then seen him driving out of terminal, so had to wait in cold 13 degrees cold wind, a second driver pulled up, tall with a bald head and asked was we here for pick up, me and others said yes, then he said the previous driver had only picked up 1 person and was a bit annoyed. I will keep on using Oakwood Parking and recommended them every time.

Close to the airport for parking. Swift transfer. Drivers don't seem too friendly, but price is good so we will be back.

Very good service. Quick transfers. However, car was filthy and covered in bird mess and had been left unlocked. So overall I'm afraid not great.

Outward journey early morning and raining. No cover provided. Driver surly and made no attempt to assist with loading and unloading suitcases. Return journey driver was excellent and we only waited a few minutes to be picked up.

When arriving, the staff were really friendly and quick. The driver loaded our bags for us on the bus and took us straight to the terminal, and explained what we needed to do and where we had to wait when we came back. However, when we landed we called the number given several times and no answer. It wasn’t great to be standing outside at 5am wondering when we would even be picked up. I finally called a different number but when I got through, I was questioned why I didn’t call the driver. When he eventually came (it was a different one to the first one) he was rude and barely said two words, except that we put our bags on the bus wrong. Unfortunately wouldn’t use this car park again.

Service was fine quick and easy when booking in and out. One problem we had a 1 year old child with us but there was no seat for her. I had to drop at the airport then park but on the way back because of time etc had to bring the baby back on our lap.

Dropping off car and transfer to airport going could not fault. pick up on arrival back again no problem. When given keys and I asked where car was in the carpark by minibuses dropped you and press your fob and you will find it. On finding the car I could not get in on the drivers side because the car parked next to mine was too close I had to to get in passenger side and climb over to the drivers side and at 76 years of age I found very difficult.

Reception pleasant. Van transportation to airport old, cramp and dirty. When returning back, car was placed in dark, muddy space and difficult to find.
