Was easy to find and plenty of spaces. Handing in and collecting keys was easy and no problem.

Parked at Oakwood a couple of times, service was brilliant to and from Bristol Airport.

Efficient and good value for money. Prompt minibus service to and from the airport. I noted that my car travelled 10 miles whilst with Oakwood which was acceptable.

Always a great experience with Oakwood.

The car park was excellent for the money. But it would be even better if the Signage to Oakwood was better as you approach your car parking facility.

All good easy booking in. Transport to and from the airport very efficient. Comparable in price to other places.

Well organised.

Overall very good and the only reason we didn’t give 5 star was because it is not clear where you are meant to be picked up and we nearly missed it as we were told to stay where you were dropped off and that wasn’t the case. Otherwise all good.

Good value for money. The signage for it is not good but having located it, will use again. Clear entrance and exit signs would make for a big improvement.

Smooth process as usual from the team. Just took a little longer than usual to collect the car as there seemed to be only 1 minibus running but lots of customers.
