Oakwood Parking Reviews

Read some negative reviews on this place so was a tad nervous to use them. The area could have been better sign-posted (eg to parking areas for customers) or have better 'welcome' facilities (eg a toilet) ... BUT the service was quick and straightforward. We parked up, went to reception area and dropped keys and confirmed details, then we were onto the transfer bus. We had no trouble or issues with the company. The drop off bus was swift and drivers friendly - even pointing out our parked vehicle location when we returned after our break (instead of leaving us to find it ourselves). For the price, I would definitely use Oakwood Parking again.

Quick transfer to that airport. On return, there was a delay in pick up and only 1 mini bus available to pick up what looked like 3 flights coming in at the same time.

From initial booking, dropping the car off and airport transport to making contact on our return, picking up our keys and finding the car it was a very good experience. I'd have no problem in using Oakwood Parking again. A couple of things which could be improved on is the lighting in the car park where the cars are collected. We collected our car at approx 1am, it was difficult to check the car over for any potential damage (there wasn't any) and although the cars where parked on gravel it was muddy with puddles, again with some additional lighting this wouldn't have been a problem. Overall, a very good experience.

Seemed to work well. Car was pretty dirty when I got back as it’s parked in a dusty yard.

Not the easiest car park to find at 3am but once we did find it, the dropping off process was easy and straight forward.

Lovely and close to the airport and very easy handover, much quicker and easier than other nearby parking. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because we had about a half an hour wait on return…they probably time things perfectly for flights allowing for luggage collection but we were hand luggage only so obviously through a lot quicker. I would definitely use again.

Good value but there were so many people waiting for the bus when we arrived that it took ages to get back to the car, no clear queue either or organisation so lots of people pushing into the queue in front of people.
