Overall very good and the only reason we didn’t give 5 star was because it is not clear where you are meant to be picked up and we nearly missed it as we were told to stay where you were dropped off and that wasn’t the case. Otherwise all good.

Good value for money. The signage for it is not good but having located it, will use again. Clear entrance and exit signs would make for a big improvement.

Smooth process as usual from the team. Just took a little longer than usual to collect the car as there seemed to be only 1 minibus running but lots of customers.

Very sufficient transport to and from Bristol Airport. Car park itself was muddy.

Really good service. Bus drop off and collection was excellent. Only 1 criticism, car was not brought in view for collection, we were given keys and was told the car is out there on site somewhere. This was 2pm in the morning, it was dark, cold and wet.

Used a number of times over the years and on arriving no issues and efficient and on return did as the driver advised. Rang when we got to the car park and we were the first to arrive. Missed the bus that had just gone and waited nearly 1/2 hour for another to arrive, by which time others had arrive and we only just got a lift as no order to collection. People just pushed in front and a free for all! thought collection was a little messy. Driver very nice and once on when to bus all was ok and efficient again. The car was ready for collection and no problems , feel that it could be a little more order to collection. Will use again and just an observation. Given the wait would have been quicker to walk to the car.
