Oakwood Parking Reviews

This was the first time I had used Oakwood. I've given it a 3 because although the car was okay and we were transported to and from the airport without undue delay, the 11 seat bus used for the transfer was overloaded on the return, such that luggage was not stowed safely and a baby seat (with baby) was not strapped in. It was unsafe and I will not be using Oakwood again.

We were met at the car park and picked up from the airport efficiently. However the Oakwood vehicle was dirty and stinking of cigarette smoke. For that reason and only that reason we will not use it again.

The last time I used this car park I scored it higher but unfortunately, on this occasion there were what appeared to be foot marks on the passenger dash and glove box area/surround above the foot well area. The service was as good as ever though, shame about the soiling.

Location and service is great but a particular staff member could improve his attitude to the costumers.

Friendly staff. Great value but I was a little confused as to why there were 8 miles on my car when I picked it up, with no explanation. I can't imagine it having to be moved 8 miles over 2 days.

1st time used, easy to find, went well on arrival, but picking our car back up from this place i was not very happy to find muddy boot prints all over my carpet drivers side, they should have a bit of respect and least put some paper down on the carpet before driving my car and leaving mud all over the carpet and peddles i was not happy!

All notification & instructions received before hand in order. Departure quite quick and helpful. Downfall was upon return at collection from Bristol airport one white mini bus only operating which did look scruffy with dents in body on passenger side. (Does not give a good impression). We phoned at 4.16pm To confirm we landed was told he had to do 2jobs before collecting us. Waited in the pick up area phoned again at 4.45 pm and when he eventually came at 4.50pm he then couldn't get all people and luggage in back of vehicle. 3 others and 2 of us had to wait til his return of which he said would be a few mins !!! He returned at 5.20 pm some half hour later!!! I appreciate there was a lot of traffic around but a mini bus running from the pub on the same rd as Oakwood did return twice while we were waiting and bearing in mind we flew from jersey and it takes only 50 mins !! Why did it take so long from so nearby. ?? The other customers that were waiting were considering getting a taxi in order to get to their car at Oakwood. Such a shame the very end result spoilt an otherwise lovely holiday.

We had booked and paid for two cars but when we arrived only one was expected. This was soon resolved however. Transfer vehicle could do with a good valet and too many passengers were crammed into it for our return journey. Staff were helpful however and I will use Oakwood again.

Not happy about the way we were treated and spoken to by a driver who arrived at the airport on the 8th June. There was not enough space for everyone on the mini bus. My 5 months old baby and I went on the bus but my husband had to stay at the airport. The driver suggested I pick him up myself when I collect my car, I said no way...you will pick him up straight away after dropping people off. I think the organisation was very bad, same as driver's attitude. Mind it was nearly midnight. Not sure if I use Oakwood parking services again.
