You get what you pay for I suppose. Next time I'll try another car park. Good thing is the bus service is very efficient. This is also very good value but the car park near reception was muddy and potholed (in July). Most disappointed to see on my car telemetry that it was driven very hard between locations. That's the thing that will stop me coming back. Bus could do with having a bit more space for luggage as the suitcases are piled high in the back. Whoever puts their suitcase on first gets it squashed by 4 or 5 on top of it.

Service was okay. Mini bus journey to the airport was short but the mini bus was dirty inside and out.

Booking easy. Check in efficient, easy, fast. Transfer good and short distance meant early timing. Pick up went disastrously wrong. Lots of people wanting the small old mini bus. No queue meant free for all and anger. By the second bus tempers were frayed. By the third bus our party was split. My husband and I waited for the 4th - by which time those new to the queue were so delghtful and made us board first - in fact there was plenty of room. You save money here (when it works it's excellent VfM) but clearly at peak times it's not so good.

Drivers are really friendly, close to airport and efficient with pick-ups, down side was our car was unbelievably filthy from Wherever it was moved, and i changed the car registration weeks before and upon pick up the lady told me the registration i was relaying to her was wrong? Luckily i knew my old reg, or lucky someone didnt park that had our old car 🤷‍♂️

Car park very muddy on arrival. Only 2 buses taking to airport so had to wait a while outside no shelter in the wet. On retuning phoned to say we were ready. Was told bus was there but it wasn’t tried calling back. Then no answer so decided to walk to Oakwood dragging our cases behind us. Not what you expect !!

Great service going out. Not so good on return in the early hours with kids. Waiting nearly 30 minutes.

Easy access and prompt bus from car park to airport. The downside is as we are elderly. We had to drag heavy luggage across rough gravel and lift it into the bus, which was difficult for my 81year old husband.

We made 2 bookings This was the first time we used the parking facilities. The system was very straightforward and simple. Our car was safe and ready to collect for our arrival. The only upset was we waited almost an hour for the mini bus to collect us after 3 failed calls to the number provided on the card for collection only to ring the main office number for them to send 3 mini buses as there were a good few people waiting.

Drop off originally was handled brilliantly though the mini bus wasn’t loaded in a sensible way to allow usage of all seats (2 bike cases took aisle space). The pick up on return was disappointing as the collection from airport was not timely and the phone number was only providing an answer phone message which said someone would be there in a max of 15 minutes, sadly not the case. Once one of the group waiting for collection found a landline and managed to get through, we were picked up. Would still recommend as we’ve never had this experience previously.

I understand how busy it can be at certain times but the wait at the airport was over half an hour after I rang. I was told when I rang that they were on their way so to wait so long was not really acceptable.
