The basic of everything - No tarmac surface, old minibus but staff are friendly and service and location is good. Easy to find and easy to contact upon return.

Very dark with no lighting in order to find car. Upon ringing for collection your driver was lacking information as to where he was when. Apart from that, very pleased with the service and it was exceptionally good value for money compared with other parking sites.

On arrival to the parking area there was no direction on where the collection point was. If it wasn't for the long queue of people already waiting we would not have known where to wait. Thank god it wasn't raining or the rating would have dropped to a 2. The service was understaffed, the poor guy was flat out taking details from us and others, taking calls giving directions. Well done mate! The return trip was prompt and hassle free and our vehicle was waiting for us.

Our experience going out was as usual exceptional, the driver was on time helpful and courteous. Our return experience was on time but the driver was surly and unhelpful and it was dark, 11 pm at night. When we asked where our car was he replied “ somewhere in the car park “ and no help with the cases. Your service and value is good but this representative let you down. Holiday May 8th to 19th.

I love the location to the car park. it’s not obvious what site to use, you’d think you park in the place next to the Oakwood parking sign but it’s the car park next with different signs. Also even though I booked and turned up on time I was left waiting in the freezing cold at 5am. It seems Oakwood parking neglects to lock our cars after moving them, my car was open and the one next to me, this is a unacceptable risk that could avoided at the push of a button.

It was great the transport to and back from airport, but it was very mucky on picking our car up.

Easy to find and really close to the airport. Was really disappointed that it was in a field that was very muddy which resulting in me, my friend and little boy being covered in mud! Our suitcase fell over and was covered in mud also we felt so embarrassed going to the airport covered in mud and with a muddy suitcase!! No one offered us anything so we could wipe down our suitcase! On the way back the driver didn't offer to help us load our bags onto the minibus apparently he had something wrong with him that meant he couldn't lift things. Not that I expect someone to help with bags but we had a lot of bags and a three year old it would have helped.

Guy at early morning on arrival was a gent, helped with bags, gave instructions and great customer service .. downfall was on pick up, no customer service, nothing, watched us all struggle with bags, got us back to cars, opened doors and disappeared .. it was like - go get your bags and find the car wherever. No thanks or anything, not even hello or bye. Little things .. didn't score 1 as value was good and reception outstanding.

The location was exceptionally muddy both on arrival and departure. This detracted from the good service offered taking us to the airport and bringing us back.
