On arrival chap wasn't that friendly but no problem other than that. Coming back we contacted the driver and he said he would be with us in 5 minutes, unfortunately no queuing system so people went in front of us meaning we had to wait for the bus to return. Driver however was very friendly and helpful. Will use this car park in the future.

We had to wait 25 minutes at the car park for the minibus to airport. Talking to other customers waiting, this wasn’t the usual experience. I can only describe what happened for us on this occasion. Leave plenty of time. The return journey could not have been smoother.

Getting to the airport was easy enough however on the way back there was not enough space for people on the minibus so we were left waiting for over an hour at the airport and some people even more. The driver was very rude and not at all helpful.

All was well when we arrived. A quick good service, unfortunately when we returned they were slow to pick us up requiring two phone calls. The driver did not help us put the luggage in the back of the van at the airport or at the drop off.(we are both seventy years old). The driver went to the wrong place first and we had to tell him where the car was, not sure if I will use again.

The price for parking has risen 68% in 1 year. I cannot imagine that overheads have risen by this amount.

Pickup bus waiting for us at airport was a pleasant surprise, not so pleasant was discovering that the n/s/front roofrail end cover was missing!

Difficult to determine where to park, especially at 4am in the dark. Transfers to and from the airport efficient.

Arrived and parked, joined queue. Got near front of queue and bus was full so had to wait around at 5am in the morning for the bus to drop off and return. Driver was rude when I suggested two buses would be more efficient. Only 1 mini bus. Which meant we had to wait around.

A bit hard to find it. As it's only a small entrance. There transit van is a bit of a let down. Old and not to professional looking and sliding door don't open up all the way. I'd say it would be hard for older people to get in and out. Apart from that. Place is tidy and I don't have to wait to long. About 10 minutes.

No reception to check in, had to wait for the driver to come back from the airport to confirm what to do. Saying that, the process was simple and adequately managed. On return, late at night the single driver was very busy and we had to wait as he was full when we got to him. Again, the driver was not long and did well. Would recommend and use again.
