Whilst the transfer to and from the airport was very good, the car parking area was like a quagmire, no hard standing areas.

Have used Oakwood before and been impressed.I still have that view mainly but on this occasion I was alarmed to see that probably from their success I noticed a lot more vehicles there parked in a very muddy field. I collected my car in the early hours of Sat morning (23/09)and did not examine it too closely, but next day discovered that the wheels and arches were covered in mud also mud on the paintwork and drivers foot mat.I think that they need to make improvements to the field where they park. Hopefully I will use again. Paul.

Car park muddy, car picked up splashed in mud, wheels and under arch covered in mud. Driver taking us was fine and friendly even at 0400 but the driver picking us up at 1130 was grumpy and couldn’t be asked and wouldn’t lift a thing. First driver good. Second driver not good.

Car park difficult to find. Could not find park under name of Park and Go. Was not aware we had to look for name Oakwood. Hearing phone calls from other customers they also had this problem. Driver to Airport was helpful but not driver on return journey Not too helpful in loading cases and on return left customers to do their own unloading after opening doors and walking away. One customer was good enough to do this for us (I have assistance at airports). Suggest clearer signage and better attitude.

Bit confusing as not well sign posted. Parking okay but lighting not good and gravel area needs attention. Pick up was okay and quite quick. Just not happy with security as lighting inadequate.

A very speedy and efficient service to and from airport only negative was the car was very muddy in drivers side and wheels and arches were covered in mud and grass!

Very old minibus for transfers. Cars parked on muddy field. Plus side. Very close to airport and cheap.

Booking and arrival was good. Return was really poor and locating the car dark muddy and wet.

Close to airport, transfer to airport easy quick, staff friendly and polite. Only issue I have is that the cars are parked in a small field which when it rains is very muddy and my car was covered in mud.

Drop off: Perfect. We arrived at the car park which was easy to locate and the driver was waiting. Advised where to park and was helped with luggage onto the bus. Provided with contact details and explained where to go for collection etc. Faultless. Collection: Disorganised and stressful. There were a number of people that were waiting at the pick up point in the short stay car park. People were arriving for collection and there was no designated area to form a queue which resulted in people running/pushing to get themselves on to the bus when the bus arrived which resulted in people becoming irrate. This process needs to either change or more drivers/buses to collect passengers. When he gets the 1st call he should take name and number of passengers 2nd call take name and number of passengers and so on so when he pulls up for collection he calls the lead name in order of them calling for collection. This way it would control the situation. We landed on the 07/09 and I would dread to have used the service in the 6 weeks holiday. Based on the collection process I would not use the service again as it took in excess of 40 minutes to get to my car and I had to go back to the airport to pick up my family.
