EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

So happy to have discovered EPG. They were a lot cheaper than others I looked at and were really accommodating. When I called to say I was 20 minutes away, I mentioned that I was staying in a Gatwick Airport terminal hotel and the chap offered to meet me instead of the car park. On return the same chap met me in the same place, asked after my trip and the car was exactly as I’d left it. Can’t fault them, and I’ve used a few meet & greet operators in the past, have had to wait etc, but there was no problem at all with EPG. They even left a message on my mobile when I hadn’t called on my return to check I was back in the U.K. (flight was a little delayed) and when I returned the call he knew it was me right away. Excellent service.

I have always used Park & Go car parking and never had a problem. Always there on time and very polite.

Arrival was okay. The person taking our car away arrived within 5 minutes. However, on collection, we called when we had our luggage and were waiting nearly half an hour for our car to be delivered.

I have always been nervous of meet & greet services and have heard some horror stories. But we used P&G last October and again last week. Perfect service. Friendly, efficient and punctual. They even called me the night before to verify 0445 meet at Gatwick. Impressed and will use again.
