EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

Arrived at Gatwick, parked and went through. Perfect service. Returned 3.5 hours earlier then I advised, hey it's long haul around the world these things happen, the employee said it was early and it wasn't ready, I'll call you in 20 minutes, we waited, heard nothing, so I call again, very unpolite staff member, who kept blaming me, we had connecting flight to catch so needed car back to change over luggage... He hung up on me, that's right he hung up on me. Car arrived 25 minutes later. They need to be more flexible, they had the flight numbers, should be checking and how dare you hung up on the customer. Not impressed with return leg

On time and helpful, back to their usual efficiency.

One of the two telephone numbers given was out of service. The other number was answered and the instructions given. On arrival at the Short Stay Car Park there seemed to be just one person attempting to check in a number of cars in different locations. On return to Gatwick we had to wait more than 25 minutes for the car to be delivered as our arrival didn't seem to be expected although I phoned within 5 minutes of my booked time. Quite disappointed!

Good service as always. The flight was over an hour late but the car was ready and waiting for us when we left the airport (Gatwick). Thank you.

All went very well re drop off and pick up. At drop off they managed to take the car earlier than arranged which was very helpful.

Second time we've used this company and it was great. The man that collected our car (and returned our car) was so friendly and personable. We were met straight away and our car returned within 10 minutes of phoning from customs hall. I would definitely recommend this company :)

The arrangements worked well, driver on time in both directions. Excellent service!

I was driving to airport alone and ensured I had the correct phone number in my phone as it is dangerous to phone from the car. I phoned 8 times but got an answer machine saying I had to phone the second number. This was impossible as I was driving on the M25 and could not stop to phone the second number. I had to wait till I arrived at the airport to phone the second number and therefore had to wait for the man to arrive which delayed me unduly. I should not have to input 2 numbers in my phone to contact this company. The man was unsympathetic so I will not be using your company again. Shame as it worked very well when collecting the car at Gatwick.
