Prompt and reliable service.

I was very early, and after first telling me they couldn't help EPG then pulled out all the stops. Their driver met me in MacDonalds, came with me to the terminal and drove off after I got out. On arrival back in the UK everything was fine.

A great service, we were met on time and our car was delivered back to the car park as we arrived with no waiting about, the guy who took and delivered our car was a very helpful and nice man, only one criticism was that the payment machine in the car park said to put 3 pounds in which I knew, but when I did it kept saying I needed to put more money in and when I tried to cancel it it did not refund all my money and I tried twice so cost a lot more and I was only there for 10 minutes, in the end I had to pay on my debit card at the exit which did charge 3 pounds.

No problem with meet and greet. All staff were very courteous. However on my return , which was in the evening, I found that car was mud splattered and the floor mat on the driver's side was muddy. There was also a minor scratch which I only noticed the next day as at the time of collecting my car it was dark and did not notice any thing amiss. Otherwise, I shall be using the service again and hope they return my car in a cleaner state.

Driver delayed in meeting us for departure - he had had a puncture en route, but very apologetic. Car waiting for us on return journey.

Details of arrival at airport were not passed to the driver for collection.

A great service. However, on calling up before arriving at Gatwick, the instructions given were not clear as to where we should go. This was because the person giving the instructions was Asian and his English was not good. Otherwise the service was terrific.

No problem, easy to do, car looked after, drivers courteous, on-line booking easy, phone always answered and never keep hanging on.

Most of the service we received from EPG this time (used them several times before) was excellent. The only difficulty we had was understanding the person giving us the instructions for the drop off point as we arrived at the airport. Luckily as I was able to put the call on speaker phone my husband and I were able between us to work out where he meant us to go.

Very prompt service - I haven't experienced any better, however the experience was tainted when they forgot to clean my vehicle which I had paid £30 for in advance. It must be noted that there was no problem in getting a refund.
