EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

We were met promptly at the location advised. The return flight was delayed so had to wait about 20 minutes for the car to arrive after phoning. One point to note was that the walls of the cars tyres were muddy suggesting that it had been parked or driven in a field.

Unable to fault service, although I would have liked to receive a card or similar as a record that it was EPG who picked up the car and that it was now their responsibility, hence my score of 4 instead of deserved 5.

Found these to be very good but make sure you get the return day right as they charged me £20 for my mistake and I arrived 24 hours late.

We will definitely use them again!. We were met by a very friendly gentleman who entertained the children while we unloaded the car. Prior to arriving we rang as instructed. The phone was answered promptly and politely and clear instructions given. We were met by the same person when we returned from holiday, despite the late hour he was very friendly again. It's a great service provided!

Very good service - met on time at the airport on departure and arrival. Only problem we had was that someone had taken the £3 we left in the car that was needed to pay to exit the car park - we're hoping this was a mistake and someone perhaps took it in error with the intention of replacing it. However, as soon as we realised we contacted EPG and Ian sorted it out and paid for the parking for us and apologised profusely.

Overall good experience although when I called to report the drop-off the operative didn't have the booking and I had to give him the details again.

Easy to book online. Polite and efficient service. EPG rep was waiting to take the car when we arrived for departure and when returning our car was delivered 15 mins after we phoned to inform EPG of our arrival as promised. Will definitely use EPG again when we next travel from Gatwick.

Lovely service with a smile each time. Very friendly on the telephone and very helpful with the traffic. Would have liked to have had the car parked in a bay because we got in the way of other traffic whilst loading all our bags.

Only reason for a 4 and not a 5 was the directions as to where to meet in the car park 6 level 1, very efficient and a much better buy than the alternative.

Great service, very efficient and on time. I didn't know Gatwick and found the car park numbers and levels confusing, that was the only problem.
