EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

Excellent service. Because of chaos on the M25 we were running very late for the flight. The driver called and arranged to meet us directly outside the airport to save time. On arrival the driver was waiting for us outside the car park and even saved us the advertised £3 parking. Hence the service is strongly recommended.

Its a great service, good value and convenient compared to other options and the drivers are courteous, helpful and know the system. Its just a bit of bun fight picking the car back up as there is no designated drop off or pick up point in the car parks so its a quick change over at the corner of the car park and I have a feeling the authorities will clamp down soon. Other than that brilliant.

A1!! 5 Stars! What an excellent service!! Rang 15 mins before arrival and the guy was there waiting for us, and again on our return journey! Very friendly, such an easy process especially with 3 children!! Would highly recommend and will be using again for our next adventure! Thank you so much!!

A very friendly and efficient service but my car appears to have been parked under a lighting/cctv column, tree or similar where birds perch as there was a considerable amount of bird muck on it at collection. This has resulted in damage to the paint on the roof of my car. As a result I wont use this service again.

Fantastic service. On time both ways, despite a delay coming home on the return flight, very nice chap who picked up and dropped off the car. Very helpful with directions for terminals, gates etc. Will certainly use again and I highly recommend EPG.

Perfect - outbound - as soon as we arrived at the North Terminal short term car park and were unloading our luggage the Meet + Greet staff arrived and took our car. Inbound - equally as good - the only delay in getting our car back was due to congestion at Gatwick - nothing to do with Meet + Greet. Great service.

Good service at a good price. The guy who met us on both drop off and collection was very helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to use this service again.

A great service, we were met on time and our car was delivered back to the car park as we arrived with no waiting about, the guy who took and delivered our car was a very helpful and nice man, only one criticism was that the payment machine in the car park said to put 3 pounds in which I knew, but when I did it kept saying I needed to put more money in and when I tried to cancel it it did not refund all my money and I tried twice so cost a lot more and I was only there for 10 minutes, in the end I had to pay on my debit card at the exit which did charge 3 pounds.
