Used E.P.G from Gatwick North terminal and found them friendly and professional as usual. I have been using this company now for a few years as I travel from gatwick several times a year and have recommended them to friends who have also been pleased. Best of the bunch for meet and greet.

This was the second time I have used this service. Like the first it was excellent. We were an hour late getting back at midnight but it was no problem for them; the car and driver were waiting for us. Highly recommended.

Awful. We've used a few of the Meet and Greet companies and they are generally ok. EPG weren't. On the way in, they couldn't find our booking. On the way out we had to wait 40 mins for our car. At least the car turned up undamaged.

Timely and Courteous - they made it easy.

No problem with meet and greet. All staff were very courteous. However on my return , which was in the evening, I found that car was mud splattered and the floor mat on the driver's side was muddy. There was also a minor scratch which I only noticed the next day as at the time of collecting my car it was dark and did not notice any thing amiss. Otherwise, I shall be using the service again and hope they return my car in a cleaner state.
