Reviewed on 21st June 2014Excellent, can't say anything less. Our plane was late but that made no difference our car was there within 10 mins. Both drop off and pick up was painless and drivers courteous.

Reviewed on 17th June 2014There was someone to pick up and deliver the car at the right time and there was very little waiting around which was great. But it wasn't entirely a hassle free experience. I was told off for ringing too early on my way to the airport (20 mins before arrival) and had to ring back when I was nearer. We then couldn't get through on either of the lines advertised and only finally got to speak someone when we were a few minutes from the airport. Apart from the irritation this caused, I don't think this system would work very well if you were travelling on your own. I phoned when only 20 minutes away because at that time I was stationary and could use the phone. The service in the end was ok, but I think the communication skills of your people could be a bit better.

Reviewed on 5th June 2014Very good communication and punctuality. I was particularly well-served by the young man who collected my car on day one as I had a problem with my car key and he fixed it while I went away to check-in. A small improvement you might consider making is to make it clearer that you do not need 3 one pound coins to exit the car park - in fact it is a lot easier to use a card.

Reviewed on 3rd June 2014We were met promptly at the location advised. The return flight was delayed so had to wait about 20 minutes for the car to arrive after phoning. One point to note was that the walls of the cars tyres were muddy suggesting that it had been parked or driven in a field.

Reviewed on 31st May 2014Unable to fault service, although I would have liked to receive a card or similar as a record that it was EPG who picked up the car and that it was now their responsibility, hence my score of 4 instead of deserved 5.
