This was a very seamless experience. Phone calls were answered immediately with operators being very pleasant and helpful. The driver was waiting to take our car away in exactly the right location and on return the car was brought immediately and the driver even advised us of the weather conditions for our onward journey. excellent value and excellent service. Well done!

Difficult to rate, service was impeccible. My concern was over customer relations. Never used your service before and handed over my car to an unknown person. On asking if I could take his photo, the reply was no, that's illegal. Can't see the problem of having a photo taken and would certainly have put my mind at ease. Would not have used the service again based on this interaction, but I may be inclined to as the young chap who delivered my car on our return was charming, caring and an asset to your company. This may sound like whinging, but as a first time user, I would have benefitted from such an assurance. Thanks, Jake
