I was very concerned when I read some reviews on various sites. But I have to say we received a brilliant service. They were there to meet us in plenty of time for our departure. On the return I rang them once after we had collected our cases and they dropped the car off in the same location as the car was collected. I would use again and would recommend them.

Was a stress free start and end to my holiday. I would certainly use again.

On approaching departures, I phoned to say we were nearly there, but were given the wrong directions, ended up going in public car park, then couldnt get out without having to buy a ticket, worse than this the muppet in the public car park had me searching the floor for my ticket which i thought was not needed as I was just driving through. So due to this, it was the most stressful car parking at airport experience ever, me and my wife were literally pulling our hair out with the public car parking muppett! As long as you know where to go, its super smooth and I will pay for this next time. Coming home, a quick call and car was there waiting, so all fine here. Just make sure you kwow where you are going!

The staff at Gatwick are excellent: courteous, efficient and fast. I recommend EPG Gatwick to my friends. There was also efficiency when we had to change our return flight date.

These guys know what they are doing and I'd have no hesitation recommending them.
