Absolutely brilliant service! Park and Go you were wonderful. Having previously used (and been fairly satisfied with) the 'park and get the bus service' we were a bit worried about how efficient Park and Go Meet and Greet would be. It was recommended by a friend and a fair bit cheaper than the other one. We need not have worried, they called us twice on our journey to Gatwick to check that 'all was well'. They were waiting when we arrived,the formalities were very quickly dealt with and we were on our way. On our return, after waiting some time for our luggage, we had received 1 call and 2 messages checking that we had arrived. We called them after we had (finally) collected our luggage, Park and Go said they would meet us in 5 minutes at the designated point and true to their word, they were. It eased all of the stress usually related to airport travel. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all our friends.

First class service, was sceptical as it was 20% cheaper than other meet & greet services, but must say on the button. Will certainly use again, only one issue, too much bird poo on my Range Rover when i got it back, LOL

Having used EPG several times, we will use again and would recommend to anyone looking for meet and greet parking at Gatwick. Everyone we have dealt with has been most pleasant and courteous.

My wife and I were very impressed with the service. We phoned on our way to the airport and were given clear instructions of where to drop our car and upon our return the car was waiting for us, so there no need to hang around. We would definitely use this service again, and would be happy to recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service, we were delayed by traffic on way to Gatwick, but when I rang in to say that we would be about 1 hour late, there was no problem. Also coming back into Gatwick, we were over an hour late, again no problem. The member of staff who greeted us on the way out and a different one on our return journey, were both very friendly, polite and we couldn't have been better looked after. We have already booked our next trip using EPG parking at Gatwick. Thank you for making our journeys trouble and stress free.
