Never used this type of service before but they are excelelnt. They were there waiting to take car, then waiting for us to pick up car, brilliant service, will use again, thanks for a good service, makes all the difference.

We called as requested 15 mins before we arrived at Gatwick and were given excellent directions. Within a few minutes of getting to the terminal the friendly gentleman was there to take the car. On our return we arrived at the North terminal instead of the South, but when I called to say we were through customs they came to our arrival terminal with no fuss. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Great service, they even rang the day before departure to confirm, I've used them before and will do so again.

Could not fault the 'Meet & Greet' service. Prompt, efficient & friendly. Booked this as it was on offer, but would not go back to Park & Ride, after a tiring journey to step out of the airport straight into your car and off was wonderful A+++

Despite a 'hiccup' with my wife's timings EPG were superb on our arrival. On our return the car was ready and waiting a huge relief when you have a very tired two year old in tow.
