EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

I have used meet & greet whenever I have flown from Gatwick & can honestly say that EPG parking has been the best yet (that includes others that are far more expensive). Will definitely use again. Excellent service.

We couldn't fault the service, we arrived slightly earlier than expected, but after we called the driver was waiting at the designated spot. When we returned we made one call from the baggage area and the car was waiting for us; Brilliant value for money, will definitely use again.

Fantastic service & price. I was a bit concerned as we were due at the airport at 4.30am the phone was answered within a couple of rings and the driver was at the airport when we arrived. When we cam back we were delayed by 1.5 hours, we rang the number and the car was there within minutes. The car would have been on time but there was a build up of traffic at the drop off, the driver was very apologetic even although it was only a couple of minutes. Great service, great price & great company would recommend to anyone and have already done so.

Absolutly spot-on even though we were an hour early on arrival. Pick-up also perfect, car waiting for us and nice people to deal with. Fully recommended.

A very prompt and professional service that I have no hesitation in recommending. Valet parking really is the only way to do it and with EPG's excellent rates I cannot see why people still choose to park and ride! There are wardens at Gatwick North and you are not allowed to stay at the drop off point if your 'driver' is not there which is difficult to know if you've never met him before! Also, awkward to keep phoning when you are a lone traveller. So, the only recommendation that would have made my life simpler is if there was a bright company car for simpler identification or maybe something hand held so I could have driven straight up to the correct point.
