EPG Parking Gatwick - Meet and Greet Reviews

On arrival we were met within around 2 minutes, on return the car was waiting for us by the time we got to the meeting point. Simple, cost effective parking solution, will use again.

General service excellent.

This year was the second time we have used EPG and all I can say is that they are highly recommendable, brilliant from start to finish, they were there upon arrival even though we were 30 mins late due to really bad traffic and they were there when we got back so will definitely be using them again.

An excellent idea - no messing around, no waiting and no bussing from carpark to airport.We didn't have to wait at either end of our holiday. Brilliant service - would use again and definitely recommend!

I was delighted to discover EPG online and booked my own meet and greet after reading other good reviews. I found the price excellent value, the service friendly, and the convenience superb. Despite me booking the car in on the wrong day, EPG were still quick to respond and meet me. They quick to do the handover - no long vehicle checks or forms to fill in. Overall, the service costs just a few pounds more than most 'park your own' costs, and the convenience cannot be beaten. No lugging cases through car parks or onto buses to the long term car parks, no queuing up for a parking ticket, no moaning from the little ones asking 'when can we go home?'. The only minor negative is that you can't always get through first time on the mobile numbers provided. Thank you EPG, and see you again soon!!

To EPG Parking We have just used your Meet And Greet parking service at Gatwick Airport, we found the whole service EXCELLENT, from the pick up to the delivery back, very professional and very easy. Third time of using, perfect as ever. Polite staff, very prompt service. Does exactly what it says on the tin! Why pay to park in a car park then wait for a bus to come along then struggle with your cases then repeat the process when you come home? One call once you have your cases and your car is waiting by the front of the building by the time you get there. On the M25 and on our way within 15 mins of collecting our suitcases. Highly recomended.
