This is the third time we have used this meet and greet service . Met promptly by representative at departures for outward journey despite it being very busy and not helped by ongoing improvements at Gatwick. On return again met promptly and representative took the trouble to say how to get down to him due to closure of ramps to exit.Would definitely use this service again and always recommend to others.
