Reviewed on 30th December 2010Excellent friendly service given at a particularly hard time during the snow and delays of December 2010! A representative called us early in theday to advise that service was running and was there to greet us on arrival. WHen we returned home the car was waiting for us already warmed up for our drive home. Altogether an excellent and well priced service which we will now use as a matter of course when travelling from Gatwick. I would recommend this to anyone!! Thanks & best regards, David Walker

Reviewed on 26th November 2010Everything went very smoothly with someone there to meet us a arranged and to deliver the car promptly on our return. We were expecially grateful as we had a flight that did not land until after midnight and so the service was much appreciated.

Reviewed on 15th November 2010I would not hesitate to use EPG or recommend them to anyone again they were so helpful and professional, being a woman they rang my mobile to see if everything was ok and i was approx 1hour and 30mins ahead of shedule but it was no problem all i can say is they obviously have the right team, well done,if anyone is thinking of using this company go ahead you will not be sorry regards one very satisfied customer who will be using EPG again Pauline Hillier

Reviewed on 13th November 2010Excellent outward experience. Driver fetched trolley and took luggage into the terminal.Inward experience not quite so good. Car was there to meet us some 50 yards away but driver made no effort to help with our luggage and we are obviously not so mobile.
