Reviewed on 12th July 2025Unfortunately had to wait over twenty minutes on arrival called three times to be told on way but at four in the morning not good and a short wait on return as having used you many times over the years, disappointing and have already booked our October parking with you 🤞

Reviewed on 4th November 2024Spent to much time standing in a car park to have the car picked up and again to pick the car up. First time of using and it'll be the last, might suit others but I like to just drive in, be it 10 minutes or so early and be met straight away. I'm never in a hurry but certainly can't be doing with unnecessary waiting about, so lesson learnt and back to LG parking for me.

Reviewed on 14th October 2024This is forth time I have used the service in the last year. They work on you calling them after picking up your bags which we did at 3:30 in the morning after flying back from Tenerife. Me thinking he wouldn’t be long as was in shorts and t shirt and thinking the car would be warm, he arrived over 30 minutes after my initial call and was frozen, if I was to use them again I think I would call after passport control.

Reviewed on 3rd July 2024Requested valet service on arriving at Gatwick which attendant said he would arrange but on returning hadn’t been done. Service not as good as north terminal.

Reviewed on 2nd July 2024Given incorrect advice when phoning to advise of ETA at the car park, sorted out eventually, but certainly caused a bit of pre holiday stress, upon returning they were quite slow in returning the vehicle, 10 minutes became 20. Not sure I would use again given the number of other operators available to choose from.

Reviewed on 30th June 2024Would have been a much higher mark but my car which was cleaned to photograph before I left it at carpark, came back absolutely fillthy with dirty streaks and dust all over it.
