The guy collecting the car is always very friendly and there are no issues with the car, however we use this company a lot and we're finding we have to wait around a lot now. It took 30 minutes for him to collect the car and 30 minutes to drop it back. Both times I called in advance so was a bit annoying.

Drop off was excellent, however pick up was 30 minutes after we made the call to say we had our bags which at 3.30am doesn't go down too well with a 3.5 hr drive ahead.

We had to wait 15 minutes for the driver to collect the car from us and then 30 minutes on the return. I do understand they have to get there but they ask for a 15 minutes warning call.

Very good service and good value for money. Would have been 5 but my car was returned very dirty with what appeared to be cement dust.

Pick up very good and effortless. But on return my car was in a absolutely filthy state it must have been parked under a tree for three weeks and was covered in tree sap, twigs and berry coloured bird lime, the company driver said sorry but don't think he meant it.

Company was fine but I've used better. No signature required to either hand the car over or take it back. No receipt given at drop-off either. Prompt service though.

We were booked for a 5am drop on 20th February 2019, rang the number as requested 15 minutes from airport no reply, kept trying still no reply, as we entered the airport ( good job we had used them previously and new where to go) had an answer which sounded as if the person had just woken up, said he would be about 10 minutes which came and went, had to phone again he said he would be a few minutes, he eventually turned up at 05:20, must say we were not Impressed, On our return 4th March the same person who always delivers our car turned up within 10 minutes and we were able to be on our way, he is a very nice and polite gentleman. Such a shame I had to mark the rating down due to the morning pick up.

It was a tale of two experiences. Going out was a dream, could not have gone smoother. Coming back was a nightmare. I had to ring 14 times to tell them we were back. Eventually told car would be there in ten. After 30 minutes in a freezing car park they rang us to as what car we were waiting for!! Eventually car arrived after total of 50 minutes freezing. Chap was super apologetic but it hadn't been a nice experience at all.

Prompt service with very little hold up. Only complaint was that the car was covered in bird droppings which some attempt was made to scrape off rather than wash.

Easy instructions to get to car park. Had to wait for driver to arrive on arrival and collection of car. This made transaction less smooth. In past when I have used park and go services from other companies. They are always in the car park waiting for you.
